To position Lazari as a leader in sustainable property development, we designed an open-source methodology outlining clear, actionable steps for constructing more sustainable buildings. This approach allowed Lazari to transparently share its journey, inspiring industry partners to adopt the same practices for a more flourishing future for everyone. By doing this, Lazari not only reinforced its commitment to building a more sustainable future – but also established themselves as thought leaders, guiding the sector toward a shared vision of growth, resilience, and long-term prosperity for London.
